Derivatives Counsel / Paralegal recruitment
A position has arisen within the documentation team of this leading bank within the derivatives trading documentation team for a derivatives lawyer/paralegal (either UK or foreign qualified).
Working within this small specialist team of around 15 professionals, the primary focus of the role will be to negotiate the terms of ISDA master agreements and other trading documentation. Experience negotiating the terms of GMRA and GMSLA is also advantageous, although not essential.
Candidates will ideally have at least 2 years' experience working with ISDA Master Documentation and will ideally be qualified, althought non-qualified candidates are also encouraged to apply.
