DERIVATIVES Lawyer 3+ PQE
A fantastic opportunity for an Lawyer wanting to move In-house with an outstanding Investment Bank. The role sits within a business product advisory team (who all have their own niche areas of specialism) and will encompass a wide range of work pertaining to OTC Derivatives, including both advisory and structuring. The position is heavily business facing, working closely with the trading, structuring and sales teams.
In addition to transactional activity there will be some regulatory aspects, for example, supporting the implementation of reforms in respect of OTC derivatives such as EMIR.
The successful candidate will have:
3-6 yrs PQE* within a leading Law firm or other FS institution
Strong OTC Derivatives knowledge and experience including CDS CDO’s
Excellent academic background
*Individuals outside of this bracket may be considered if able to demonstrate the prerequisite experience.
