Derivatives & Master Agreements Lawyer recruitment
This exciting position at a respected global investment bank has a broad scope covering the negotiation of master agreements, including commodities, prime brokerage, repo stocklending as well as ISDAs and CSAs.
Sitting within the derivatives documentation team you will manage your own portfolio of negotiations including ISDA master agreements and CSAs on behalf of the Bank and its clients. You will be the primary contact for the hedge funds and commodities trading desks.
Additionally, the succsessful candidate will also take responsibility for mentoring and supporting less experienced members of the team and, for appropriately experienced candidates, there is potential to take on a number of direct reports.
Strong analytical skills are required to actively identify and manage legal risks, as well as excellent interpersonal and organisational skills to effectively liaise with several business areas and prioritise issues.
Candiates must be legally qualified (either in the UK or another jurisdiction).
