A global position reporting into VP with a possibility of managing a small Trade Control team
Our client is a Successful Global Investment Bank with a continued focus on building out their Asia office. This provides an excellent career platform for the successful candidate to develop their long-term career within the organization. They are currently looking to take on a suitable candidate within their team in Singapore.
As part of the team, you will be responsible for coordination, implementation and execution of projects ensuring consistency with Global teams strategy and goals. You will assist in covering BAU to ensure timely bookings of trades and lifecycle event management are accurately captured in the systems. There will be heavy involvement in strategic initiatives such as projects working with infrastructure areas to adapt to rapid changing products, systems and products. You will also be the main point of contact person for Trading and Operations stakeholders for FX Derivatives.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Minimum 5+ years relevant experience in trade support/control functions
- Experience across line functions (Trade Support or Operations ) with the ability to run global projects
- Independent and ability to negotiate and drive changes
- Good product knowledge in Derivatives (Ideally in FX)
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
- Overseas candidates within Asia will also be considered
