Derivatives Operations Manager-Insurance Company- Des Moines, Iowa
Responsibilities include: Managing a team that performs: 1] the daily upkeep of: valuation, risk, accounting, and cash wire systems, and 2] documentation, trade review and analysis preparation of monthly P L and accounting for the firms derivatives transactions. Applicants should be an expert with OTC Derivatives Trade Processing and have hands on experience in confirmation, instruction, valuation and lifecycle management for swaps, OTC options, Futures Credit Derivatives. A advanced degree [Accounting or Finance preferred] and a minimum of 5 yrs of Middle and Back Office experience are required. The Candidate must have proven management experience in the financial services and strong leadership skills.
