Derivatives Relationship Manager recruitment

Our client, a leading investment bank, currently seeks a Derivatives Relationship Manager , to be based in London

The Derivatives Relationship Manager will be responsible for:

-Key escalation point or contact point (client dependant) for any issues relating to priority
clients
-Management of the cross product Operational (Broker) reviews for client base
-Preparing Client packs for visits or as and when required by the clients including industry
intelligence and value add information
-Proactively understanding, monitoring and driving high quality, optimal and consistent
operations service for clients across all products functions
-Assisting in the delivery of the client cultural awareness and marketing programs
-Working with other parts of the organisation to ensure client information is shared,
functional objectives are aligned to the clients' needs and operational issues
understood

As such, the successful Derivatives Relationship Manager will have the following skills and experience:

-Ability to communicate effectively and with sufficient gravitas and prominence to influence
key stakeholders and clients
-Strong teamwork skills
-Reasonable understanding of the key, post trade, market initiatives and market
landscape
-Strong understanding of key products and the operational processes would be
advantageous
-Proven track record in a similar role would be advantageous
