Derivatives Sales & Advisory Manager – Wealth Management recruitment
Responsibilities:
• Develop and market derivative products and tactical strategies to implement on specific accounts based on the firm wide views
• Interface with Investment Representatives to provide strategic solutions across multiple asset classes
• Leverage market knowledge to produce investment themes and executable sales programs utilizing internal / external research, economic outlook and trader sentiment
• Ensure seamless and effective program execution for solution implementation
• Partner with Marketing Sales teams to ensure effective delivery of materials programs for Investment Representatives

Requirements:
• 10+ years sell side experience within Derivative Sales, Trading, or Structuring
• Familiarity with a wide range of investment strategies within a multi asset environment
• Broad sales and product exposure to Registered Investment Advisors, Wealth Managers and Institutional clients
• Direct experience in business planning, strategic thinking, client segmentation and efficient program execution
• Series 7,63, and 66 required
• MBA from top tier program
