Derivatives Senior Administrator, SA recruitment

Specific Duties:
- Oversight of offshore ETD team demonstrating the ability to work on own initiative.
- Oversight of the offshore team performing the positions reconciliations internal against the clearing broker ensuring resolution of issues.
- Oversight of agreement of daily margin process
- Oversight of offshore team performing option expiry processing
- Oversight of offshore team performing processing of commissions, initial margin, PnL and month end interest
- Oversight of offshore team ensuring all mark to market internal system records are completed and resolved
- Oversight of offshore team ensuring all internal records are reconciled to external counterparts.
-Liaising directly with internal and external clients, custodian and brokers as required, in respect of all derivative queries.
- To produce and supply accurate and timely data to external parties in accordance with procedures.
- To adhere to Client and Internal reportage deadlines under IMRO regulations.
- Maintain communications with line management.
- Assist the manager by providing statistics and Key Performance Indicators for the team.
- Active involvement in the implementation of new processes and the improvement of existing ones.
-To perform role in accordance with internal procedures and compliance requirements.
                    
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Specific Qualifications/Skills:
- Proven directly relevant experience, within ETD environment preferably within an asset management environment. Strong knowledge of ETD margin and reconciliation
- Advanced Excel skills preferred
- Strong knowledge of ETD products and markets
- Supervision of Offshore team / performance / process preferred
- IAQ or equivalent

Level of Education:
-Passes in English and Mathematics (GCSE level, or equivalent, minimum).

Skills:
-Good interpersonal skills.
-Good problem solver.
-Demonstrably numerate and literate.
-Attention to detail

Disposition
-Self starter (motivated).
-Good team player.
-Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision.
-Flexible. May need to work longer hours at peak periods.
