Derivatives Settlements Analyst recruitment
Leading Energy Trading business now requires a Derivatives Settlements Analyst - the role will involve the following duties:
- Process derivative transactions through to completion within the performance standards set out in the business transaction procedures
- To reconcile and report on all Profit Centre and derivative specific records within the set performance standards. Actively monitoring and clearing all open exceptions within set timeframes
- To provide management information statistics in accordance with departmental requirements
- To monitor and review all derivative specific standing data ensuring that all products are correctly defined and that fees applied to derivatives based systems are accurate and correct.
- To monitor and review all derivative processes as to suggest enhancements to current procedures, controls and contingencies
- Ensure that all clearing and execution fees are validated and processed in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all “out trades” are recorded on the appropriate spreadsheet and that an incident report is written up and circulated to Middle Office Management as appropriate.
- Ensure that all risk items are prioritised
