Derivatives Structurer (FX, Credit, Equity Index)
Excelsior's client is a global institution offerings market leading OTC Listed Derivatives. In particular they have a very strong European client base, and they are expanding their Derivatives product team in London.
Responsibilities:
- Product / Idea generation: Responsible for developing competitive and ground break products, and educating sales and clients about those products (i.e. FX, Credit or Equity Index). This will involve pricing examples, term sheet generation, powerpoint presentations
- Using a wide range of models
- You client focus will be European
- Your product focus will be varied and this therefore offers significant further learning opportunities
Preferred Experience:
- Proven results in structuring FX, Credit or Equity Index derivatives in a respectable investment bank
- Naturally, someone with sound quantitative academic background, with a focus on financial mathematics
- An analytical professional, able to utilise both education and work expertise in developing strong products which meet client needs
- Strong communication skills
