Derivatives VP recruitment
Our client, a leading investment management house, is seeking a Derivatives Junior Vice President to work within their team. The Derivatives Junior Vice President will take a senior role within a group involved with a number of different high profile projects - specifically implementing a global process model, building system solutions for key trade flows, and working with counterparties to address root source of persistent market issues. You will be responsible for maintaining important external broker relationships.
Responsibilities of the Derivatives Junior Vice President:
- Manage relationships for both daily activity and strategic developments.
- Monitor and report on performance.
- On a daily basis clear all futures/option exceptions on accounts
- Project management
- Business oversight
- Query resolutions for on shore and off shore teams
- Act as escalation point of contact
Background of the Derivatives Junior Vice President:
- Experience working directly within investment/asset management/asset servicing
- Experience working directly within a derivatives capacity
- Experience working at a supervisory or managerial level
- Project exposure preferable but not essential
- Experience working within a business oversight capacity also preferable but not essential
