Design Coordinator Job in Manchester M1 7BD, North West UK
Reporting to the Marketing Design Controller, you will work closely with other designers and web developers in a busy and pro-active in-house marketing team to create concepts right through to final design stage, on a wide range of print, email and web projects.
Responsibilities:
Producing digital and print-ready artwork
Work as a team player to generate new ideas, and be able to work independently to tight deadlines
Produce email marketing designs and build
Assist with photography and image sourcing for all brands
Supervise a Design Assistant
Assist web developers with implementation and maintenance of the company intranet
Follow Treating Customer s Fairly (TCF) guidelines when preparing marketing and communication material
Skills and Experience:
Design software skills to a high standard in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat, as well as other platforms such as Word and Powerpoint
Skills in HTML/CSS and knowledge of Dreamweaver
Educated to degree level in a design related area
Ability to enhance and manipulate imagery
Several years experience of Design
Supervisory experience preferred
A confident communicator who can present ideas effectively
