DESIGN MANAGER - BUILDING CONTRACTOR
Location: Yorkshire
Salary: £45-50k + benefits
THE CLIENT
* Mackenzie Stuart is working with a main building contractor that specialises within the health and education sectors.
* Part of a wider group, they are a respected name working on projects nationally.
THE ROLE
* Due to a number of recent project successes the business has restructured, and as such requires the services of an experienced Design Manager to their already strong team.
* Managing a team of 6 designers, you will lead, motivate and provide technical resource.
* You will be responsible for projects up to £10m in value across the health and education sectors and will work closely with the project delivery team for successful completion.
THE REQUIREMENTS
* The successful applicants will a strong technical and design background and must be Chartered.
* Candidates MUST have five years of design people management experience working for a Main Contractor experience and have completed projects of at least £5m in value.
* You must be a driven and ambitious individual looking to progress your career with a forward thinking company.
