Designer CAD / Graphics
Xccent Park Recreation, located in Wyoming, MN, is a full-service provider of commercial playground equipment, park and picnic shelters, site furnishings, and athletic equipment. Xccent Park Recreation provides premier park recreation products and services to municipalities, public private schools, churches, daycares, campgrounds and more in Minnesota North and South Dakota.
Per customer requests, designs custom playground layouts for multiple clients daily.
- Employee will create visually compelling presentation sets utilizing a number of graphic design programs.
- Employee will create marketing materials including brochures, catalogs, and custom graphics.
- Communicate with customers on a daily basis.
- Communicate with internal departments (sales/marketing, engineering, quality) on a daily basis.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding drawings produced.
- Proactively report to Design Manager if workload exceeds deadline requirements.
Key Requirements:

Must have a minimum of a 2-year degree in drafting, design, engineering or related field. A Bachelor's degree is a plus.

Must be proficient in AutoCAD 2012. Proficiency in 3D Studio Max is a HUGE plus.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Publisher.

Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign

Excellent project management skills.

Must be detail oriented with the ability to work under very tight deadlines.

Must have the ability to both take direction well and work independently.

Excellent interpersonal skills- In person, phone, email, presentation, etc. in order to ensure and deliver excellent customer service to all customers, both internally and externally.

Proven track record of utilizing time management skills with a prioritization for results as well as being a self-starter and fast learner.

Self-motivator who is driven to achieve results, with a "Get it done" attitude and aggressive drive to get the job done right the first time.
