This position requires a high degree of professionalism, interpersonal, organizational, negotiation, and written and oral communication skills. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adjust to rapidly shifting priorities to achieve deadline objectives while diminishing factors that could hinder progress. Failure to achieve results can normally be overcome without serious effect on schedules and programs.
The ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge of major design software (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator), HTML, CSS and Content Management Systems, and have a great respect for brand standards. Additional skills that will be useful include Flash, PowerPoint development and an overall desire to learn new technologies. You will also be expected to have an average to high degree of color acuity as measured by the Farnsworth Munsell 100 Hue Color Test or equivalent. Portfolio of existing work should demonstrate design ability and potential.
Minimum Education Requirements:
Bachelor of Arts Degree - Major in Graphic Arts or Advertising
Minimum Experience Requirements:
1 year of experience with a Bachelor's Degree
