Overview:
Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB) comprises three businesses: Corporate Finance, Markets and Global Transaction Banking (GTB) and includes regional coverage in the Bank's key growth areas.

A Team Assistant is required on a busy trading floor supporting 2 Managing Director's and their sales teams.
Desks covered are UK Credit, Structured Sales and Insurance Pensions as well as others in fixed income.

Key Responsibilities:
*Extended diary management for Senior Members
*Organising client and internal meetings
*Dealing with other desk heads and working alongside sales assistants
*Arranging one-on-one discussions and controlling continuous group meetings
*Managing standard agendas as well as team calendar
*Providing back up support to Sales lines
*Travel arrangements, expense reimbursement and additional administrative duties that are key for sales support

You will have:
*Previous Investment Banking or financial experience
*The ability to work at set deadlines and remain flexible if requirements change.
*Attention to detail and able to use initiative (This is a fast-paced trading floor environment and candidate must be up to speed and on top of things at all times with good initiatives, having a 'one-step-ahead approach')
*Minimum GCSE's level and tertiary education (or relevant international equivalent)
*Trade floor background / investment banking experience
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Relevant professional dealings
*Good organisational / prioritisation skills
*Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
*Systems knowledge

You will be:
*Being proactive with timeliness for schedules and multi-tasking.
*Able to deal with staff at all levels
*Able to work with client sensitive information
