DESK HEAD HIRE:
Our client is a top tier global private bank with an unrivalled excellent reputation within the Asian Private Banking market. The UHNW SE Asia desk is one of the top performing areas within the bank and they are looking to add another desk to accomodate the growth. The role will involve managing a team of 4 relationship managers, with a combined AUM of 2bn USD. There is a strategy in place however this can be adapted to the new Desk Head's planned strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES FOR DESK HEAD:
•Managing Relationship Managers, and implementing successful business development strategy and growth
•Creation of new, and maintenance of existing client relationships
•Inheriting AUM book, and growing AUM through attraction of new client relationships
•Development of Networks across 360 platform
NECESSARY REQUIREMENTS FOR PRIVATE BANKERS/RELATIONSHIP MANAGERS:
Potential candidates should have strong experience working with a client portfolio of HNW/UHNW INDIVIDUALS. Due to the nature of the desk there is no segmentation in regards to client focus.
Strong CRM skills, along with the ability to hunt and develop new business, is essential. Both individual and team applications will be considered.
