Desk Head MENA/Russia and Eastern Europe – Teir 1 Swiss Bank – Monaco recruitment

 Resposibilities:

 - For each desk head you will be managing 6-7 relationship managers. 

 - Ensure the growth of AUM for the team 

 - Manage own private book

 - coach / manage / mentor relationship managers   

Requirements:

 - 5+ years experience as a senior relationships manager / private banker 

 - Experience of managing  large book of clients 

 - managerial experience is a plus

 - fluent in English and fluency in French is a large plus but not a must
