Desktop and Help Desk Technicians Job Description: TEKsystems has multiple clients in the Knoxville area that are seeking qualified desktop and help desk support technicians to join their teams. Our clients typically look for: -2+ years of experience in help desk or desktop support -Experience supporting Windows desktop/laptops in a corporate environment (Windows 7 experience is highly desired) -Experience working in a ticketing system for help desk openings (Remedy or other ticketing system) -Experience imaging PCs and doing break/fix for desktop openings Some of the current openings include 2nd and 3rd shift work.
