Desktop Engineer – N.London

My North London based client is urgently looking for a Desktop Support technician to work on an on-going project. In order to be considered for the role, you must have the following skills within a commercial environment: Good general desktop support experience of PC's, laptops, and tablets; experience of supporting Exchange 2003, Citrix and Active Directory; experience of working on a high profile project and the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, LANdesk or an equivalent application for remote support, and a good understanding of ITIL processes. You should have excellent customer facing skills, as this role will involve you migrating users data from PC's to a SAN.
