Desktop Engineer recruitment

Global Technology Information Systems (GTIS) provides the support infrastructure for Information Technology systems, which are used by UBS Business, to support their activities. Onsite Services (OSS) is function within GTIS that provides desktop support to the Business, ensuring the quality and stability of the desktop environment to support requirements and activities requested by the Business.

• Client-focused and ability to empathise with clients needs and instill confidence that their issue will be deal with efficiently and effectively

• Excellent team player

• Pro-active, positive personality and "can-do" attitude

• Strong learning capability and committed to self-development

• Able to adapt to changes and have flexibility in performing the support roles

• At least 3 years in face to face I.T. desktop support, preferably in a large organization

• Experience supporting an Investment Bank highly desirable
