We currently have multiple opportunities for level 1/2 help desk positions within a range of firms looking for candidate in both permanent and contract positions. Depending on performance there will be chances for career progression and broadening your IT skill set.

Job Description

Service Desk Support Analysts will be the first point of contact for any IT related issues including some escalations and will provide exceptional service and assistance to rectify and solve issues as they arise. They will mainly provide phone and email support, remote access support and also face to face and direct contact support.

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this role you must demonstrate the following:

  • Ability to provide support around networking.
  • Communicate with users of all levels.
  • Degree or TAFE qualifications/ certifications.
  • A strong eye and attention to detail.
  • Evidence a background of valuable support experience.
  • Strong knowledge of providing support in a Windows Environment - Win XP, Office Suite, Outlook, Active Directory Troubleshooting and some network/printing connectivity knowledge.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
