POSITION PURPOSE
Under general supervision, provides day-to-day support of PCs and peripherals. Responds to client requests for service/support of hardware and base software applications (Windows, Office, etc). Assists team members in tasks such as inventory control, equipment maintenance, and data gathering.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma, or equivalent, and a minimum of 2 year of technical education or experience with PCs and associated peripherals, preferably in a network environment.
- Ability, aptitude, and desire to be part of service oriented team.
- Good written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and Trinity Information Services staff.
- Applicants must be flexible and able to work with a wide range of customers.
- Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.
