Institutional Banking Markets (IBM) is responsible for the provision of products and services to nearly 3000 major corporate, institutional and government clients. This is achieved through origination, structuring and execution of on and off balance sheet products that are enhanced through the efficient application of taxation, accounting, risk and capital management technologies. Institutional Banking Markets is the primary face to the market for all complex financing and advisory functions for the Bank's corporate and government clients.

Business Management is responsible for coordinating product, support and business management resources to assist IBM achieve operational efficiencies across products and supporting processes.

Role Purpose:

This role will be responsible for working alongside the various teams in IBM to provide high quality efficient and effective MS solution production services, including document and graphic creation, in adherence with the IBM brand guidelines, with a high level of customer service, and in a fast paced, high pressure environment.

The successful candidate will be joining the Pitch team to develop pitch books, interactive pdf's, concept ideas and page layout as we as contribute ideas to enhance processes and guidelines to ensure MS capability is operating at its optimum and to factor in future growth and business needs.

Other key responsibilities include document coordination, proofreading, quality checking and light production tasks in a team-oriented environment, whilst providing support to the senior members of the team.

Key Accountabilities:

– Managing/controlling master version of document

– Proof reading and quality checking of own and other team member's documents.

– Document finalisation process when required

– Generate graphics/tables using Excel, Word and PowerPoint

– Assist client team with printing, copying and binding of reports;

– Creative projects; and

– Data entry
