This Large and important Federal Government Department is looking to grow its Level 2 and 3 Systems Support team by engaging successful candidates on non-ongoing contracts with the opportunity for permanency down the track. The roles on offer vary from the APS 4 - 6 levels and range from Desktop support to Server support.
Joining a dynamic team of 25 you will hit the ground running and be involved in supporting Microsft platforms along with Lotus Notes. As part of the BAU team you will be required to provide on-going support, while ensuring a high quality of service and documentation is adhered to. The technologies used are predominately Microsoft based - Windows XP/7, Server 2003/2008, SCCM, SCOM and VMWare.
To be considered for this role you must be in a similar support role and hold a current Top Secret Negative Vetting clearance. Experience supporting Microsoft platforms preferably in a large Government or Corporate environment also a must. Experience supporting Lotus Notes 6.5 will be highly regarded.
