Based near Lakes Entrance this Public Sector organisation is looking to engage an IT support professional on a 12 month contract.
To maintain the high level of customer satisfaction a support professional is required to oversee the organisations core application software suite, SQL Server databases and general IT infrastructure.
With this in mind they are looking for someone from an application/ desktop support background with proven experience of supplying high level support within medium-large Windows based environments.
From a technology perspective you will have a solid understanding of modern infrastructure technologies, including desktop, server and networking, ideally with industry certifications in place (CCNA, MCITP, ITIL) or similar.
You will also have demonstrable experience in supporting SQL Server databases including backup, recovery, SQL queries and reporting.
