MiddletonMurray are seeking a Desktop Support Administrator for a fantastic organisation based in London. The post holder must have a good telephone manner, must be extremely customer-focused, and be able to deal effectively with customer requirements in a timely and disciplined manner. You must have excellent Microsoft Windows operating system knowledge and capable of providing 1st line customer support over the phone and remotely. You must be a good organiser who can prioritise activities and ensure that tasks are completed in an orderly and disciplined manner. Working knowledge of Windows 7 is essential.
