Desktop Support Analyst Job in Raleigh 27601, North Carolina US

We are looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to join a support team for a six month contract to hire opportunity in RTP, NC.  We are looking for great customer service skills and someone who can hit the ground running!

 

1.      Perform analysis, diagnosis and resolution of complex problems for end-users and recommend and implement corrective solutions.

2.      Install, configure, test, maintain and troubleshoot end-user workstations and related hardware and software.

3.      Support customer issues and requests by creating, tracking and documenting solution in a support database and monitoring the support queue.

4.      Must be able to independently resolve complex problems using current job knowledge and using research and external resources.

 

Environment - Windows XP / Win 7, Office 2003 2010, VPN, Exchange, and Dell hardware
Working knowledge of Remedy and LANDesk would be a big plus.
