Desktop Support Analyst recruitment
Our client a leading name in Asset Management/Hedge Fund circles requires an experienced Desktop Support Analyst with a minimum of 4/5 years experience gained in a similar bank or finance environment to join their Geneva based team. Applicants will ideally hold a relevant Degree or recognised IT qualification; however consideration will be given to candidate experience.
Applicants should be self motivated self starters demonstrating energy and enthusiasm, effective organisation and time management skills, who are capable of working within a dynamic team environment, whilst at the same time having the ability to work under their own initiative at times.

Person Skills:
Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing in both English and French would be desirable
Excellent problem solving and diagnosis, analytical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to quickly assess situations and adapt accordingly
Able to manage time effectively, prioritise workload and deals with multiple tasks at any one time
Excellent vendor management skills
The successful applicant will be expected to work on a shift pattern, and provide on call out of hours cover 24/7 up to one week per month, and may also be required to travel at short notice.
