Role
The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the delivery of proactive and reactive IT support services, work requests and projects on the desktop environment to agreed Service Level Agreement's, and assist in the development and implementation of the desktop strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications, Skills Knowledge
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate at least 2 years experience in a customer facing IT support role, with broad knowledge in: Microsoft Operating Systems including Windows XP and Windows 7, Microsoft Office Suites including Office XP, 2003 and 2010, Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager, Remote access technologies such as Juniper Secure Access, and IP Networking (DNS, DHCP and associated technologies).
