A leading headgefund is looking to hire an experienced Desktop Support Analyst. You will require the following skills:
- Experience of designing and architecting Citrix XenApp and/or XenDesktop installations in a large enterprise
- Experience of implementing virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) in a large enterprise dealing with all tiers of the infrastructure.
- Experience of working with VMWare ESX server and VirtualCenter in a large enterprise
- Experience with user environment and user profile management technologies and techniques
- Automation of Windows technology and builds including security and auditing requirements
- Design and architecture of Windows related infrastructure and products
- Assigned project work and level 3 support
- Working with global sites to achieve Windows based related strategies.
- Responsible for development and testing of the Windows and infrastructure related technical documentation
- Liaison with other Windows specialists in both the UK and offices across the globe
- Performance/ Optimisation of the Windows related solutions and related technologies
- Scripting language skills with PowerShell and VBScript.
- Experience working with Active Directory
- Experience with Windows Server 2003, 2008 and 2008 R2
- Experience with Windows XP and Windows 7
