Desktop Support Engineer (12-month Contract) – International Law Firm recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second line desktop technical support including incident/problem identification, resolution and escalation
- Trouble shooting PC, audio/video conferencing equipment general office facilities problems
- Undertake regular system testing/adaptation/installations. Ensure inventory of all hardware and software is maintained and documented
- Install and maintain PC systems, user account administration; responsible for introducing adapting and improving IT systems in own area of responsibility
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science
- Min. 3 years support experience in MNC/Law firm/financial institution
- Familiar with Windows XP/Vista/7, Microsoft Office Suites, Windows Server 2003+, outlook
- Strong audio video equipment facilities experience (Tandberg and Polycom endpoints) and troubleshoot video conference faults including ISDN LAN (IP/H323/e164)
- Basic knowledge of network and server support is useful
- Strong customer service skills
- Good communication skills
- Fluent English and Cantonese
