Desktop Support Job in Adelaide & Adelaide Hills, South Australia Australia
Contract role for an experienced Level 2 3 Technical Desktop Support Officer to commence ASAP, for an initial period of (2) two months, and an option to extend.
Candidates must have extensive Level 2 and Level 3 experience, preferably working within a large corporate or Government environment.
- Proven history in problem resolution analytical skills in supporting/resolving PC problems within LAN and WAN environments (Microsoft NT and Windows Networking), including Intranet and Internet.
- Excellent communications skills required, both verbal and written and a proven willingness to communicate and consult.
- Sound knowledge of the Microsoft standard suite of products, including Microsoft Windows 7, XP/2007, Office 2007/2003, XP and Outlook 2003/2007.
This role is to join a small team, and suitable candidates will have a high level of Technical skills, combined with a definite can-do attitude.
