About this opportunity

Human Arc is a growing, award-winning healthcare services company near downtown Cleveland looking for a Desktop Support Lead.  This position

·         Provides first level support to end users on a variety of issues.

·         Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.

·         Responds to telephone calls, email, service requests and personnel requests for technical support from internal and external customers.

·         Oversees daily helpdesk functions, monitors IT support work load and prioritize requests to ensure an effective IT service for the business remotely or at the desk side.

·         Ensures that IT policies are utilized in executing support tasks.

·         Trains, coaches and guides the team as needed. 

Qualified candidate will hold an Associate's degree in a related area and have 3+ years of experience in the IT field or in a related area.  Experience with MS windows OS, MS Office, Computer Hardware, Printers, TCP/IP, Cisco phone systems, MCTS Windows, CompTIA A+ or recent related certification required.
