A global leader in the IT industry has a unique opportunity in its Brisbane office. This high profile organisation is seeking a qualified Desktop Support Officer to join their expanding team.
Based in Brisbane CBD, you will be working with an established team of professionals in an exciting, varied technical environment.
Your responsibilities in this role will involve providing a high level of customer service to an Australian wide clientele base. You will have proven experience in face to face technical support role. A methodical troubleshooting approach together with experience in a Microsoft environment (Windows XP/ 7, Exchange, Windows Server 2003/8 and Active Directory).
