Desktop Support Specialist Job Description: TEKsystems is actively searching for qualified Desktop Support Specialist to support our client on third shift. These specialist will quickly learn and follow standard Client Service Desk procedures, be highly trustworthy and accurate, document the work done, and maintain excellent relations with the users contacted. Scope of work provided may include any of the following activities: answering questions and resolving user issues over the phone, troubleshooting issues with workstations, printers, and network connectivity remotely and on site, preparing and deploying new and replacement equipment, and performing other desktop support functions.
