PFI Tech is currently seeking experienced Desktop Support Specilists with a minimum of 2-5 years experience to provide support in a large corporate environment. Technicians will provide technical assistance with troubleshooting and repair of software issues, hardware and new installations in the Sacramento, CA area. A+ Certification is a MUST. Position Overview:
Help Desk Support
Qualified resources must have at least 2-4 years experience with PC Phone support and ability to work with email. A Help Desk/Phone Support mindset; with client handling skills is highly preferred. They will start as soon as they are available and get past the security checks and interview. Exmaples of technologies to be supported: Laptops, Desktops, manage TT Active Directory, and Exchange etc.
Technical Skills: MS Office Customer Service Desktop/Laptop imaging experience Data Migration experience basic troubleshooting skills hardware Windows XP must- Windows 7 familiarity- Excellent customer service skills required, healthcare support background is plus.
Will be supporting various locations in the Sacramento Area. Will go to a specific location on each day and work the day there. Will report to the Team Lead when on site and then help with any open items including break-fix tickets, hardware maintenance and asset reporting. Will be trained on some proprietary Healthcare programs and provide support when trained.
A+ Certification is required
MCP is a plus
TB test and Flu shot will be required upon hire.
