Desktop Support – VIP, Private Investment, Singapore recruitment
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for day to day 1st and 2nd line desktop support for the senior executives within the company (Chairman, C-Level staff, VPs, Directors etc.)
- Work closely with the existing IT team to improve the overall infrastructure of the firm
- Document incidents and requests in Service Request system
In order to be successful at this role, you must have experience in most of the following:
- 8+ years of experience in an L2 Desktop Support role with
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in VIP support
- Sound knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy and Exchange administration
- General IT knowledge around BlackBerry device, Cisco telephony, User account administration, Video-conferencing, web-collaboration support and maintenance of asset records
- Must have excellent communication skills in the English language
