Desktop Supporter, Permanent, Financial Services, Geneva, Switzerland recruitment

In this challenging position you will be providing effective 1st and 2nd level desktop support for the business based around Geneva including occasional cover for satellite offices. Doing so, you will be delivering client focused service through troubleshooting and end user support.

Furthermore this challenging opportunity will involve you in new and ongoing project work and require you to assist with upgrades and deployment of new software and hardware.

In order to be considered for this role you must have solid technical skills around Windows, including core aspects of troubleshooting, performance, monitoring and general administration. Furthermore you will have acquired additional knowledge around Networking, Messaging, Trading Systems and Market Data, from a support and administration perspective. You also have experience of support directly on the trade floor

Proficiency in English both written and oral are mandatory, French would be considered an advantage.
