We’re looking for mature and reliable individuals to fill the following position:

Full-time    Desktop Technician II    (11-0897)

The primary responsibility of the Desktop Technician II is to provide desk side client support and fulfillment of desktop related requests for services support. Support will require in-depth knowledge of Intel hardware, PDA, smartphone, desktop operating systems and network functionality. In addition, intermediate knowledge of client applications is also required. The technician must be able to demonstrate technical skills as well as excellent customer service skills in order to successfully fulfill Desktop Technician II responsibilities. In instances where a call cannot be resolved, appropriate escalation processes must be followed. The Desktop Technician II will also act as the lead for desktop projects that may include but are not limited to office moves or software deployments.

Education
Associates Degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience in Information Technology

Willing to participate in a weekly rotation performing weekend and evening support
Positive attitude with high focus on customer satisfaction
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Advanced customer service skills
Advanced troubleshooting of complex problems with Microsoft and Non-Microsoft applications
Exceptional PC hardware and operating system technical skills
Project management and organizational skills a must
A+ Certification or working towards Microsoft Certified Professional or Microsoft Certified Desktop Technician
