Desktop/Network Support Administrator Job in Southborough 01772, Massachusetts US
Seeking a full-time, experienced professional to work in our IT Department located in Southboro, MA. Responsibilities include responding and resolving a variety of daily helpdesk issues for our four Metrowest locations, fielding end-user requests, installing new equipment, assisting in the development of work flows and procedures and troubleshooting issues.
The ideal candidate will have a four year degree or applicable experience, have excellent attention to detail, follow through and customer service skills, 3-5 years of general IT support experience, Visual Basic, Powershell scripting and A/D Group policy object implementation experience, in addition to the ability to troubleshoot XP/Win7, Windows Server Std 03/08, hardware devices, TCP/IP networking, Citrix, Altirus, Symantec Endpoint security, MCSA/MCSE, etc. Previous experience in a healthcare environment a plus.
