Desktop/Trader Support Analyst (SGP & HK) recruitment

The role provides 1st and 2nd line support for Front to Back office users and will test your knowledge and experience on PC issues, LAN/WAN issues, PABX, hardware/software, and market data trouble shooting. You will need to track and prioritize tasks, provide excellent service to the end users, and escalate support issues which may impact key users, a large group of users, or issues which may impact the ability to execute DR plans.

You are a confident self-starter with a solid understanding of PC/LAN troubleshooting. You will also possess a good understanding of server and market data support.  You work well under pressure and tight timelines only push you to perform at your best. Your communications skills are highly tuned – with excellent English – as you will have at least 6 years of desktop support experience, with a minimum of 2 years spent in a trade floor environment. Your passion for providing end user support paired with your technical expertise will allow you to excel in this role, and your soft skills and organizational abilities will be further developed through aspects of project work.
