Destop support role -Top European Commodities Company recruitment
My client, a world leading Commodities Company, is looking to hire a senior support consultant who will report directly to the Head of IT UK. This role involves providing both 1st and 2nd line support to a number of users based across the UK. You will also be tasked with identifying and troubleshooting any hardware or software issues. This role offers the successful applicant the chance to join an established company who are looking to expand their UK operations and grow their support team by implementing organic growth from within the company.
Skills:
Good Windows Server and Desktop knowledge
Experience IT support experience
Clear communications and the confidence to articulate problems in a simple yet effective manner
Experience of working for a commodities company, or in a commodities trading environment. This is not a prerequisite
Microsoft and ITIL accreditations would be beneficial
