Considered pre-requisite:
- VB.net
- Win Forms
- Visual Studio 2008/2010
- Oracle Forms/Reports
- Analysis Skills
Considered desirables are:
- C#.net
- SQL Server 2008
- SharePoint
- Team Foundation Server (TFS)
