Developer / Programmer – Start-Up Technology Company recruitment
I’m currently working with what various national news papers have described as one of the most innovative start-up technology companies to watch out for in 2012. The key to the growth and success of my client has been the in broad range of systems and industries that they cover, with an emphasis on high quality, market leading technology and methodologies.
With a big year ahead of them, they are looking to bring on 3 senior developers with a range of skills across various technologies. The reason for this being that the successful candidate will work on simultaneous projects, utilizing different design principles for different client needs. The successful candidate will have experience of working with open source development, in either Java or C# with some scripting experience (Pyhton, Perl, Bash, Ruby are all fine). Candidates with functional languages such Matlab, R, F#, Haskell or Scala would be even better suited for this position but if you can show the functionality in Python or Ruby than this is fine also!
This is the chance for an experienced developer to join a recently formed start-up technology company that is performing exceptionally well in tough market conditions but more importantly, a one that has massive growth potential for the future across various industries including banking, e-commerce, dot com start-ups etc.
Requirements –
- Bachelors in Computational / Numerical / Scientific field – Masters and PhD even better!
- Experience having developed software in Java or C# (cross platform Linux / UNIX / Windows)
- Scripting in Python / Perl / Bash / Ruby
- Functional Languages R / Matlab / Haskell / Scala
