Development Lead – Mobile Media Firm recruitment

Responsibilities:

Implement strategic partnership and technical integration with 3rd party allies
Tactical management and leadership of onsite and offsite technology development groups in support of the overall strategy
Design, implementation and management of initiatives to improve the efficiency and quality of the group
Design and monitoring of key performance indicators
Partner with business and development resources to steer product development
Development of key functions and integration architecture strategy
Recruiting, leading, managing the team, ensuring that every resource is optimised

Requirements:

Entrepreneurial, talented, positive, innovative, and eager, to plan, develop, test and deploy a mobile media platform
B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Minimum 7 years of experience in senior IT positions possible as a CTO, or VP from investment bank
A strong technical leadership with experience on industry standard web technologies. Proficiency in designing and developing complex internet applications and assessing/evaluating alternative solutions plus experience in building scalable multi-channel software solutions
Must have proven project management skills in managing multiple, large scale IT projects. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects while maintaining deadlines and managing resources with little or no direction
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to present in both technical and non-technical terms at all levels of staff
Prior experiences at startups are preferred
Hands-on experience coding in more than one currently popular web application framework
Familiar with more than one software development methodology
Knowledge of CSS, XHTML, one or more Javascript frameworks, and AJAX
Knowledge of web standards
Experience with UNIX system administration and web server configuration
Familiarity with technical requirements of Internet marketing and search engine optimization
