Development Lead – Greenfield Java Project recruitment
The role requires the following skills and background:
- Proven experience to lead large scale technical implementation projects, preferably on projects which involved a lot of systems integration.
- The candidate should be senior enough to lead a team of 20 developers, QA and support staff. The role will not involve people management, just technical oversight of the project
- Have the technical background to perform high level design and code review, resolve ongoing design and production issues, ensure SDLC compliance and quality of delivery
- Have a strong technical background in: Java, MQ, Webservices, Spring, Groovy.
- Be able to interact with PM/BA as well as enterprise architecture to ensure products are delivered fit for purpose and adhering to overall architecture standards
- A background in Wealth and/or Asset Management would be preferred
