Development Support Manager
Front Office Funds Management / Asset Management
Urgent Requirement
Due to continued growth and internal movements taking place, a leading Fund Manager is seeking an experienced Development Manager with a strong Front Office applications experience/background..
The role involves extensive stakeholder and vendor management skills, as well as being responsible for a team of around 15 Developers, Business Analysts, and Application Support experts.
Key responsibilities:
- People Management skills
- Liaise with key stakeholders on a regular basis
- Regularly liaise with key vendors, ensuring issues and/or service levels are resolved
- Configuration and Environment Support for production and non production environments, providing leadership throughout
Previous Experience required:
- Funds/Asset Management or Wealth Management experience in mandatory
- Proven experience managing a team (of at least 10) across multiple Front Office Middle Office applications such as Charles River, Latent Zero, Blackrock's Aladdin, Smartstream etc
- Sound communications and Influencing skills
- Stakeholder Management Vendor Management and Relationship Management skills
