Development Manager / CTO – Leading Fund – Risk and Pricing

My client, a leading Property Fund, are currently seeking an experienced Development Manager / CTO to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the Recruitment, Line Management and Strategic Development of a small team of resources maintaining and delivering change for existing systems supporting systems across the fund including developing Risk, Pricing and Performance systems.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to take the step up into a CTO role with an established fund and get involved in the strategic planning and development of a growing IT team.

This role would benefit from someone with hands on technical experience and a first class educational background. The technologies are yet to be outlined so a background in any OO language will be considered

Requirements:

• Strong Financial experience
• Buy Side experience – Hedge Fund / Asset Management (Small Market Makers also considered)
• Team Lead experience
• Strong technical understanding (hands on skills ideal)
