Summary:
- Cooperatively work alongside product management operations team to define the product features scope for the releases
- Successfully work with cross functional teams such as platform, QA, user interface, data services teams
- Development Manager must display exceptional knowledge demonstrated competence in full life-cycle development
- Ability to deliver high quality software on time
- Must have solid leadership project management abilities as well as skill in managing offshore development teams projects
Qualifications:
- BS/MS/Ph.D. in computer science or other related technical degree
- Five plus years in a management leadership position
- Ten plus years of professional associated skill in developing designing data integration applications platforms
- Capability to swiftly learn develop skills in highly complex existing applications architectures
- Skill with high volume distributed application development in a SaaS atmosphere
- Exceptional debugging, object oriented programming, code organization, unit testing abilities
- Proven analytical problem-solving abilities, particularly as it associates to application development, infrastructure, design
- Hands on Spring, JDBC, JMS, Oracle, Java, Relational database design performance enhancement skill
- Skill in developing data management data integration products
- Must have skill in designing data integration architectures
